The Bermuda Department of Corrections seeks to hire a part-time Computer Lab Supervisor. Key Duties and Responsibilities include managing the lab schedule, ensuring students are attending at their assigned times, denying entry to persons not on the schedule, managing security software, referring student issues to the appropriate Coordinator (Education/Vocation), and reporting computer related issues. The successful candidates are not expected to provide instructional or tutorial assistance to students.

Requirements

Some security experience would be a plus. Required competencies include excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of computer technology, software and social media, ability to function in a safety sensitive environment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
