On Site Construction Manager

The successful candidate will be required to manage site staff safely, politely, & efficiently. Responsibilities include: Fluently read imperial and metric drawings. Layout and accurately work to dimensions and specifications. Prepare accurate material lists and quantities. Layout and erect scaffolding. Experience in the installation of prefabricated materials including masonry, wood, plastic, fiberglass & metal. Knowledge of tools, equipment, and necessary maintenance. Must be willing to train staff, be punctual and work extended hours when required to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Certificate of Project Management or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years' experience at this level, and an Intermediate Vehicle License (or willingness to obtain one).
