KAM Restoration/Cleaning Solutions is seeking an applicant for a long-term position. This is a demanding position that requires a very mature adult capable of performing detailed and specific cleaning duties daily with minimal supervision. Duties include masonry work, crack repairs, grouting, minor concrete repairs, application of various coatings, countertop polishing, stone and tile restoration, surface washing and deep cleaning.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position; A valid IN van license; Reliable transportation; Robust knowledge of cleaning supplies, equipment and substrates; Ability to operate 20” auto-scrubbers and high speed burnishers; Ability to do masonry, crack repairs, grouting, concrete repairs, coating applications, countertop polishing, stone/tile restoration; Ability to work early hours, late hours, weekends and public holidays; Problem solver and team player.
