Tuck Shop is seeking an Assistant Manager and a Pastry Chef for long-term employment. Assistant Manager responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, serving clients, specialty coffee and desserts, taking cake orders, and POS system usage. Pastry Chef responsibilities include baking breads, pastries, chocolates, menu and recipe design, and highly decorative cake work. Both roles require working weekends, split shifts, and public holidays in a busy environment with a focus on hygiene.
Requirements
Assistant Manager: At least 4 years experience in a busy bake shop/hospitality and 2 years in management. Pastry Chef: At least 5 years experience in a similar position with decorating skills. Must be available for early morning baker's hours. All staff: Excellent hygiene, timekeeping, and ability to work weekends/holidays.
