The Director of Agronomy is a senior leadership position responsible for the strategic management, maintenance, and agronomic excellence of the Bermuda Government's golf facilities: Port Royal Golf Course and Ocean View Golf Course. This role oversees all turfgrass, landscaping, environmental stewardship, and maintenance operations; leads all agronomy staff; manages long-term capital planning; and ensures the delivery of championship-quality playing conditions year-round.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field (Master's preferred). Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS) designation preferred. Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible turf management experience, including senior leadership roles. Valid heavy truck license (or ability to obtain one). Proficiency in English.
