Thomas United Company Ltd. is seeking professionals for various locations at Food Hub Restaurants including an Accountant to manage financial systems and reporting; a Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations and menu planning; and a Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service. Roles may require flexibility for evenings, weekends, split shifts, and public holidays.

Requirements

Accountant: Accounting designation preferred, min 2 years experience, Excel skills. Sous Chef: 4-5 years experience in standalone restaurants, leadership and menu planning skills. Junior Sous Chef: 3-4 years experience as Chef de Partie. Bartender: Knowledge of wines/drinks, completed bartending course, TIPs certified, POS knowledge.
