Strategic Risk Solutions (Bermuda) Ltd. ("SRS") is the leading independent insurance management company. We are seeking a highly motivated individual for an Associate Director position. Responsibilities include managing a team of employees, overseeing client relationships, responsibility for quality and timeliness of deliverables, and managing relationships with auditors, brokers, and actuaries. The role also involves attending client board meetings and supporting Managing Directors in overall company management.

Requirements

Must have a recognized professional accounting designation (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA); Minimum of 12 years of accounting experience; Minimum of 8 years Insurance management experience; Good knowledge of insurance and investment accounting; Ability to independently research complex insurance, investment, or tax matters; Knowledge of Bermuda regulatory matters; Prior experience overseeing a portfolio of clients; Knowledge and experience of using SUN would be an asset.
