MEF Ltd. requires a Chef Tournant. The Chef Tournant is a versatile culinary professional who supports multiple kitchen sections, including cold kitchen, pastry, saucier, griller, entremetier, Café 4, and catering. This role fills in for absent sous chefs or the head chef, ensuring smooth operations, consistent quality, and high standards during high-volume periods. Key Responsibilities: Support all kitchen sections, stepping in for the Sous Chefs or Head Chef when required. Maintain high standards of consistency, quality, and efficiency across all stations. Adapt quickly to different kitchen roles, especially during peak periods. Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. Be available for early morning shifts, extended hours and overtime to meet operational demands. Show strong commitment in supporting and meeting the operational needs of the organization. Minimum Skills & Qualifications: 4-5 years' experience in a similar multi-station or high-volume kitchen role. Strong culinary skills and versatility across multiple stations. Experience in fine dining, café, or catering operations advantageous. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly. Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
