Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience working and supervising in a busy catering or food and beverage environment. Experience with hot and cold food preparation including charcuterie and canapes for catering events. Strong working knowledge of supervision of day-to-day operations within the service industry. Knowledge, preparation and service of Italian coffees, cold drinks, cakes and pastries. Dependable, punctual, conscientious, enthusiastic and motivated. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene requirements, including allergy information and operational standards. Available to work weekends and evenings as required.Salary
