MEETINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS MANAGER: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate meetings, conferences, special events. This role involves managing every aspect of the event process, from concept to completion including budgeting, vendor coordination, site logistics, client communication, and on-site event management. Engages with Banquet function planning and BEO with Chefs. Works with various event management systems. The manager ensures each event aligns with the organization's goals and delivers a memorable and seamless guest experience. This position primarily handles events of high complexity. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events. The ideal candidate must have: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2-3 years' experience in the event management, food and beverage, sales and marketing. The ability to develop a working relationship with outside vendors and establishing prices and service agreements to enhance the event experience and to increase additional revenue opportunities for the property as needed. The knowledge and experience in creating opportunities to upsell during event planning. The ability to manage the department controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals to ensure that events progress seamlessly RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR: This position oversees the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes. Review and implement new Reservation's procedures. Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email. Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. Verify availability of room type and rate. Build and Audit rate codes, and Inventory balance. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. Accommodate and document special requests. Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations. Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input and access data in reservation system. Respond to any challenges found for accommodating rooming requests. Set-up proper billing accounts according to accounting policies. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns or escalate/ refer to appropriate individual. Must have 1-2 years' experience working in similar role, rooms controller, or front desk supervisor with knowledge of reservations, preferable in a luxury hotel with Opera, MARSHA, GXP experience, and must have the ability to work independently. GUEST EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR: This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation to deliver a wide range of front of house services that guide the guest through their entire stay. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of two years' experience working as a front desk agent in a luxury hotel. GUEST EXPERIENCE EXPERT (Front Desk): This position is responsible to deliver a wide range of front of house services that guide the guest through their entire stay. Duties include but are not limited to processing all guests check-ins, assigning rooms and setting up guest accounts. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of one years' experience working as a front desk agent in a luxury hotel. GUEST ENVIRONMENT EXPERT (Housekeeping) This position is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the guests rooms and common areas. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of one years' experience working in housekeeping for a luxury hotel. ROOMS DIVISION COORDINATOR: This position is responsible for supporting the front office and housekeeping teams to provide a seamless guest experience. Must possess a minimum of two-three years' prior experience working as a front desk agent in a luxury hotel. SALES AND MARKETING SUPERVISOR: This role will be responsible for generating property content for distribution to multiple channels including social media and website. The Sales and Marketing Supervisor will also provide support to PR Director by providing on property support for all media visits in addition to supporting marketing strategy with the Director of sales & marketing, creating advertising and marketing collateral materials for the hotel. The ideal candidates will have: Four (4) years of experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area, and from a Luxury Brand preferred. 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major. Create and execute innovative publicity programs that will increase revenue and awareness, creating a positive perception of the hotel, its restaurants, Spa, resort amenities, hosts. Ensure that all hotel promotions are in keeping with The St. Regis brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.
