Working Assistant Manager/coffee Roaster

Successful applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a managing position. Relationship management with current customers, maintain relationships with vendors, manage orders, intake, and receiving merchandise. Research market needs for new product interest and profitability. Manage website information blog, online specials, and newsletters, responsible for product placement, inventory, and entire store display appeal. Assist with brainstorming, planning & promoting in-store events, daily operations, inventory control and management, staff training and Supervising. Above applicants must be good team players, neat in appearance, punctual and able to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
