The Front Yard is a dynamic hospitality and entertainment venue seeking experienced Chefs for full-time and part-time positions. Absolute attention to customer service, and a true hospitality attitude is required. Chef de Partie needed Must be available for scheduling for a mixture of nights, weekends, public holidays, with a strong emphasis on weekends. Summer schedule requires 6 days a week, and long hours. Must have a can do attitude, provide attention to detail, and be a team player. Minimum 2 years required, in a similar fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Portuguese Cuisine, Group Caterings, and Smoked Meats will be an asset. The ability to multi-task, with attention to detail. Impeccable Knife skills, and HAACP Training or equivalent. Impeccable cleanliness, sanitation standards, and FIFO controls are required. Eagerness to please the guests is a must, by providing a consistent and quality product, to the Head Chefs Standards.

Requirements
