Liaison Coordinator

This is a part-time position that offers a meaningful opportunity to engage in both relationship management and community impact. As Liaison Coordinator, you will help nurture and expand our relationships with clients, vendors, and employees, while also building new connections in the community. You will work closely with the Manager and the administrative care team to strengthen and grow Atlantic Caregiving's services. Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients and vendors. Participate in community outreach and represent Atlantic Caregiving at events Assist with scheduling and coordination of care services. Collaborate with the care team to support caregiving services Contribute to administrative on-call rotations as scheduled A warm, compassionate individual with a strong interest in healthcare and senior care Ability to think proactively and provide tailored solutions for client and family needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or another relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not required-internal training will be provided. Proficient in Office365 and Google Workspace (G-Suite). Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency testing may be required. Must have a valid Bermuda driver's license and access to reliable transportation Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required. This role is open to Bermudians, Spouse of Bermudian, or PRC holder. Requirements
