Clarien Bank is seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Vice President, Private Client Investment Specialist to join its expanding Private Banking division. This is a strategic, senior-level role with a core mandate to drive revenue by originating, developing, and managing high-value investment relationships with high-net-worth (HNW), ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, and family offices, both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate is a high-performing investment specialist with a proven track record of acquiring new clients, delivering tailored investment solutions, and growing a book of business. A deep understanding of the global wealth management landscape, investment strategies, and exceptional sales acumen are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Originate and grow new relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals and family offices, both locally and internationally, while expanding existing Private Banking relationships. Serve as the primary relationship lead for clients and prospects seeking investment solutions, providing clear guidance through Clarien's investment offering while ensuring great client experience. Lead investment discussions with clients in collaboration with the investment team, deliver portfolio reviews, performance insights, market commentary, and strategic rebalancing recommendations. Drive net new revenue through proactive prospecting and cross-selling across Clarien's integrated wealth management platform, including investments, trusts, credit, and custody solutions. Represent Clarien at key business development events, client forums, and select offshore conferences to promote the bank's Private Banking offering and investment capabilities. Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline through referral networks, centers of influence (COIs), strategic partnerships, and targeted business development initiatives. Stay current on global financial markets, regulatory developments, and alternative investment trends; translate insights into actionable, client-specific investment strategies. Contribute to product development and investment solution design by communicating client feedback and identifying emerging needs or opportunities. Serve as a senior ambassador for Clarien Private Banking, reinforcing a client-centric, performance-driven culture within the organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Investment, Compliance, Operations, and Credit teams, to ensure the seamless, compliant, and high-quality delivery of Clarien's wealth management solutions. Qualifications & Skills 15+ years of progressive experience in Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Institutional Wealth Management, with a strong focus on AUM growth, relationship. management, and sales. Strong sales experience and proven track record of successfully managing and expanding a book of HNW/UHNW client relationships. Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced professional designations such as CFA, CFP, CIM, or TEP are strongly preferred. In-depth knowledge of investment solutions, portfolio construction, credit structuring, trust and estate planning, and custody services. Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to close investment deals and drive. revenue growth. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire trust and build long-term client relationships. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and market insight capabilities, capable of delivering actionable advice to sophisticated investors. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and client-focused, with the ability to operate independently and collaborate within a high-performing team.
