On behalf of our client, Sigma Services Group Ltd., we are seeking a Business Operations and Marketing Analyst, a pivotal role responsible for assistance with developing innovative solutions of business processes, bridging the gap between group departments, streamline operations with focus on optimizing internal workflows and identifying areas for growth and improvement, contributing to the overall success and productivity of the company. This position strategically manages digital marketing and communication, optimization of inventory processes, production analytics and data to assist with strategic planning and cross functional team coordination to implement data driven solutions, implementing marketing strategies that drive growth.

Requirements

MBA or BSc in Business Analytics, Finance or relevant degree; Minimum of 3-5 years of business analysis experience, sales and marketing, business operations, or a similar role; Strong analytical abilities; Expertise in project management and leading teams; Financial and performance reporting (preferred); Quality assurance experience (preferred); Exceptional project coordination and logistics skills; Good verbal and written communication skills; Required to work evenings, weekends and public holidays; Software proficiency with inventory management software, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and QuickBooks systems.
