Joining our Tax Group means you'll work closely with both local and offshore businesses to shape their U.S., Bermuda, and international tax strategies. You'll guide them through planning and compliance, while also offering a broad spectrum of business advisory services. Together, we'll navigate the complexities and unlock new opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include the preparation and review of tax returns for insurance companies, investment funds and other tax filings; conducting tax research; preparation of marketing materials; meeting with clients; and managing client engagements including staffing and economics.

Requirements

Requirements vary by level: Associate requires a Bachelor's degree and eligibility for CPA/Bar exams. Experienced Associate requires 1+ year International Tax experience. Senior Associate requires 2+ years International Tax experience and CPA/Enrolled Agent eligibility. Manager requires 5+ years experience specializing in tax issues of partnerships/corporations and CPA/Bar admission. Senior Manager requires 7+ years experience in a similar work environment and proven managerial capabilities. Knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and consulting for insurance or investment funds is essential for senior roles.
