Rosewood Bermuda is seeking an engaging, creative and highly organized individual to support the delivery of exceptional member experiences across event, programming, communications and digital engagement. This role will support the planning and execution of member events, seasonal programming, social media content, member communications and website updates, while serving as a key point of contact for member engagement and enquiries. Key responsibilities include planning a full calendar of member events, managing social media channels, assisting in member-facing communications, maintaining the club website, managing email correspondence, and supporting event budgets.

Requirements

Experience in events, hospitality, private clubs, luxury hotels or lifestyle brands; Experience supporting or delivering events and programming; Strong organisational and coordination skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Creative mindset with a passion for experience design; High attention to detail and strong execution capability; Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience managing social media platforms or supporting digital content; Experience with membership or CRM systems is an advantage; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in line with the club's events and programming calendar.
