The Conference is seeking an exceptional, mission-driven educational leader to serve as Principal of Bermuda Institute (BI) during a period of renewal and transformation. The role presents a unique opportunity to lead a comprehensive turnaround aimed at strengthening academic performance, restoring a positive and disciplined school culture, ensuring financial sustainability, and deepening the spiritual life of the school community. Key responsibilities include spiritual leadership, strategic & instructional leadership, organizational & financial leadership, and school culture & community engagement.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a practicing Seventh-day Adventist in regular standing; demonstrate proven experience in school leadership and improvement; possess strong instructional leadership and financial management expertise; have excellent communication skills. Required: Bermuda Educator's Council License, Denominational Certification, SCARS Certificate, and a certified police background check.
