We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Primary School Learning Support Teacher to join our inclusive and nurturing school community. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, families, and external specialists to support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring all children can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. The Learning Support Teacher will provide targeted interventions, develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), monitor student progress, and adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of academic, social, emotional, and behavioural needs. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, flexibility, and a commitment to inclusive education practices. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting students with additional learning needs, confident in differentiating instruction, and committed to fostering a positive, supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and capable of success.

Requirements

Qualifications must include a Master’s Degree in Special Education; Teacher Certification; current Bermuda Educators’ Licence; SCARS certification; Bermudian/PRC holder/spouse of Bermudian
