Room40 Bermuda LLC is an investment manager headquartered in Bermuda and focused on liquid strategies in the digital asset space. Reporting to the firm's Portfolio Manager, Room40 is seeking a Trader to join their team. If you're eager to seize this opportunity and have an impact on the cryptocurrency trading landscape, we invite you to apply now! The suitable candidate must have: • 4 years' experience. • Deep understanding of spread trading and yield curves. • Ability to follow and execute yield curve cryptocurrency trading models using spread trading in spot and derivatives markets. • Keep inventory balanced and move assets between appropriate exchanges for executing most profitable trades. • Be aware of risk limits and how to execute the most appropriate method of reducing risk in all market environments. • Knowledge of all fee and account structures, understand how liquidations are handled, and knowledge of how funding rates are calculated across all major cryptocurrency exchanges. • Design and tweak algorithmic trading models to perform efficiently and profitably. Development of new ideas of how to analyze markets to make trading more profitable. • Understanding of macroeconomics outside of cryptocurrency and how it affects markets in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. • Deep understanding of the entire cryptocurrency space including defi, blockchain, etc. • Basic programming language skills including Python, Java, etc. • Creation of data science analysis and visualization on market and trading data using programming languages. • Development of new trading strategies using quantitative market data analysis. • Knowledge of developing and using Al systems in relation to trading operations and alpha creation.
