RoofTops Ltd. is seeking, skilled, and reliable Property Maintenance Personnel to perform a wide range of duties across all areas of property care. Tasks include general upkeep, repair, improvement, cleanliness, and appearance of buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include outdoor property care, lawn & grounds upkeep, plant & tree care, exterior maintenance, structural & building-related tasks, painting, prepping, cleaning, demolishing, and maintaining interior & exterior features. This includes installation, upkeep, and repair of pathways, driveways, roofs, tanks, walls, fences, patios, structures, plumbing and irrigation systems.
Requirements
Minimum five years of proven maintenance experience. Requires physical strength & stamina, ability to operate tools & equipment safely, adherence to proper weed, pest, & environmental control practices, and capability to work independently. Must be available for weekend and public holiday work. Valid First Aid, CPR certification required. Must hold or obtain a Bermuda Intermediate Truck (IN) License. Must have a clean criminal record and clean drug test.
