The successful candidate will be a capable and experienced site superintendent, able to work without supervision or direction, managing all technical aspects of projects from start to finish for large scale, high-end general construction and interiors projects. The role requires excellence at site layout and detailing, Coordination of labour and subcontractors, Material ordering, Record keeping/change order management. Proficiency specifically in Sage 300, MS Office and MS Project would be considered a major asset.
Requirements
Catalogued history of large scale successful projects and a minimum ten years experience in a similar position, although the individual is likely to have 20+ years experience in the industry. Aptitude for, and experience working in, a highly computerized environment. Applicants must be computer literate.
