We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our high-performing corporate communications and marketing team. The successful candidate will have graphic design qualifications and proven technical problem-solving skills. This role requires a seasoned professional used to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where a focus on successful outcomes is paramount. Key Responsibilities: • Extensive knowledge of design and visual communications principles, including graphic and digital arts. • Strong technical and problem-solving skills to advise on system and application functionality and design. • Deep understanding of brand identity, positioning and strategy, with the ability to apply this knowledge consistently across communications channels. Experience managing a marketing tech stack, including proven proficiency with email marketing and automation platforms, data analytics, digital content experience and analytics applications, project workflow management systems, and event management platforms. • Proficiency in website design, development, functionality and user experience. Ability to evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance marketing analytics capabilities and reporting efficiencies. Proven experience with data visualization and storytelling, and the ability to use data and infographics to effectively convey business goals and objectives. • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships, providing detailed project briefs, and ensuring quality of work. • Understanding of UX/UI/content design principles. Excellent written communication and presentation skills. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and marketing automation systems. • Proven people management and talent development skills. • Experience working in cross-functional teams and ability to prioritize and execute on multiple requests simultaneously, both strategic and tactical. • Basic understanding of, and ability to analyze, financial results. • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders. Strategic mindset with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proven process implementation skills with the ability to effectively train teams to ensure successful adoption of new tools and workflows. • Established project and production management experience. This is a fast-paced business environment, demanding a strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills: ⚫ 7+ years of experience in a high-performing marketing environment, preferably within financial services or reinsurance. Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, Figma or similar.
