Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the store and helps ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service. This role assists with staff scheduling, training, and supervision, while also handling customer concerns, overseeing merchandising and inventory, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required. One (1) years’ experience as a retail Assistant Manager or a similar role in sales is preferred. Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as cash registers and point-of-sales systems is preferred. Confident in leadership abilities and strong problem-solving skills. Friendly and positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills. Excellent communication and time management skills. Adaptable to change and able to work well in a team environment. Strong math skills and attention to detail. Proactive thinking and the ability to assess store and team needs.
