Requirements
Electronic Certification or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronic systems installation. Prior experience supervising junior technicians. Ability to develop system solutions based on client requirements, understanding industry best practices and emerging technologies. Demonstrated ability to visualize the sequence of work and convert into a measurable plan/schedule and proficiency with the hand/power tools used to complete physical installations. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Effective organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to work under pressure, assess multiple demands and manage priorities. Strong interpersonal communication skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Exposure and understanding of our commercial and residential product lines will be an asset.
