Daily functions include the organization of job schedules, weekly, by-weekly and monthly, and tools needed for the completion of the day’s tasks. Responsibility for the truck and all equipment and methods used to complete work required. Supervision of the crew on a daily basis and liaison with the customer to ensure that customer satisfaction and the company’s standards are being met or exceeded. Run the business in the owner/manager’s absence. Working alongside the crew to complete all tasks from the correct operation of hydrostatic mowers to push mowers, trimming hedges, raking, blowing, trimming trees and palm trees, weeding and cleaning gardens, planting of flowers, plants and shrubs and the removal of trash and debris. Land Care & Gardening is a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace. All applicants must have a clean criminal record.

Requirements

This is NOT an entry level position. Only applicants with three reference letters confirming that the applicant has successfully held a recent, similar position as a landscape gardener/ working supervisor for a minimum of 5 successful years need apply. Must have a clean criminal record.
