We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dialysis Nurse to join our team in a senior clinical role supporting patients with chronic kidney disease and dialysis needs. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care while serving as a senior nursing resource within the dialysis unit and taking a lead role in the development and coordination of home dialysis services, including the establishment of a home hemodialysis program. Responsibilities include serving as a senior nursing resource, coordinating care with nephrologists, educating patients, and leading home dialysis implementation.

Requirements

Bachelors in Nursing; Current Bermuda RN license required; Minimum of 5 years nursing experience required; Demonstrated clinical assessment skills required; Experience in case management, home health, disease management, or ICU; CKD, PD and HD experience is required for this role; Current Bermuda Driver's License, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance; Current CPR certification required; Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
