Kennedys is seeking a lawyer to join its dispute resolution team in Bermuda where we practice as a "merged" profession, performing the roles of both barristers and solicitors. The role will involve working on complex, high value litigation and arbitration matters, in particular cases involving financial services, insurance, company, trusts and insolvency matters. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our growing team. We operate at the top of our field and pride ourselves on offering service levels and legal representation that are among the highest in Bermuda. Candidates are sought with approximately six to ten years post qualification experience as a solicitor or barrister. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate relevant experience and an ability to work to a high standard. Experience of working on complex, high value cases and first-class legal research, drafting and organisational skills are essential. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence. We will require references for short-listed candidates in due course.
