On behalf of our client, Handymen BDA, we invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of CNC Operator / Project Site Supervisor to oversee CNC production, manage project workflows, and assist with carpentry and fabrication projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC equipment to manufacture custom molds and components, while also providing on-site project oversight and quality control.
Requirements
1–2 years of CNC machine operation experience in woodworking, fabrication, or mold production. Experience creating molds, templates, and custom fabricated components. Ability to read technical drawings and operate CNC programming software (CAD/CAM experience preferred). Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain one. Experience with fiberglass, concrete, architectural, or marine molds preferred. Experience in construction project coordination or site supervision preferred.
