Alliance Enterprise Ltd. specializes in interior system installations including acoustical ceilings, fire rated and acoustical partitions and lead lined radiation barriers and interior finishes, including handyman services and maintenance. The position requires candidates who are fully competent in the finishing process; must be knowledgeable with mixing compound, setting all types of beads, texturing, applying tape, coating, sanding, level 5 finish, GRG or similar type product; be conversant with all forms of finishing including form glass, plaster/ foam crown molding and texturing; be able to walk on stilts, be proficient in use of related machine tools and a wide range of materials and installation techniques mainly within a high level fit out environment.
Requirements
Minimum of Five (5) years of continuous relevant work experience in all aspects of drywall finishing; must have own tools and transportation; must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening; able to work evenings and weekends; able to walk on stilts.
