Island Employment Partners are expanding their pool of experienced Litigation Legal Assistants and Paralegals in Bermuda. We are seeking professionals with strong court-based experience who are interested in being considered for upcoming permanent and contract opportunities within busy dispute resolution practices. Litigation environments are deadline-driven and detail-focused, and we are looking to connect with individuals who are confident preparing court documentation, managing filing deadlines, and supporting attorneys in active court matters. If you have hands-on experience within a litigation team or court setting and are open to exploring future opportunities, we would welcome a confidential conversation.

Requirements

Prior experience supporting litigation matters within a law firm, chambers, or court environment is a must. Working knowledge of court filing procedures and litigation documentation standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines. Professional communication skills and a proactive, organized approach to workload management. Familiarity with legal practice management or document management systems is an asset. Candidates must be Bermuda-based or have the right to work in Bermuda.
