Requirements
Partner: Minimum of ten years of post-qualified experience in common law jurisdictions and substantial experience with trust structures, regulation of trust company businesses and private client work. Counsel: Minimum of seven years of post-qualified experience in common law jurisdictions and substantial experience with trust structures, regulation of trust company businesses and private client work. Senior Associate: A minimum of five years of post-qualified experience in common law jurisdictions and substantial experience with trust structures, regulation of trust company businesses and private client work. Associate: A minimum of three years of post-qualified experience in common law jurisdictions and substantial experience with trust structures, regulation of trust company businesses and private client work. Paralegal: A minimum of three years' experience as a paralegal in a law firm and have a law degree or paralegal certification.Salary
