Requirements
Holding at least 3 years of construction, rough carpentry and roofing experience, the PMM will manage installs and the maintenance needs of a large commercial and residential portfolio. The mechanic must have basic competence and skill across multiple disciplines to include carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing and landscaping.Salary
