Experienced landscapers must have 3-5 years' hands-on experience in landscaping and ground care. Possess knowledge of fertilizers and pesticides and skill with operating all landscaping tools and equipment. Experienced in all areas of landscaping and ground care, mowing, fertilizing, planting, transplanting, pruning and cutting shrubs, hedges, trees. Expected to have knowledge of how to protect trees and plants from diseases, insect infestations and weed control. Requires experience and knowledge to identify different grasses and plants grown in Bermuda. Must enjoy working outdoors in ALL conditions. Ability to operate all landscaping tools and equipment proficiently. Maintain various landscaping machinery, such as mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws. Good customer service skills are also required for working with clients. Ability to track time on mobile app. Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute large-scale landscaping projects. Team player, reliable, responsible, flexible, punctual, and ability to work weekends and Public Holidays when required, NO EXCEPTIONS. Must have own transportation, a valid driver's license or willing to obtain one. Our company supports a drug-free and smoke-free environment.
