Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: • Strong Client Service skills, professional & courteous approach interacting with tenants, owners & stakeholders. • Proficient with technology, including using maintenance management systems, scheduling tool, mobile apps and digital checklists • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written with ability to document work and provide clear updates • High school diploma • 5 years’ work experience minimum in general maintenance, property upkeep or similar • Good organization, project and time management including prioritizing tasks across multiple properties • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a small team • Must be Trustworthy and have strong work ethic • Must have a valid intermediate driver’s license (willing to attain) • Must provide a Police Clearance Certificate.Salary
