The Senior Business Consultant will lead operational and technology-focused consulting engagements, assessing client needs and designing optimized workflows, compliance frameworks, and business solutions. The role requires strong expertise in process improvement, risk management, and client relationship management, leveraging technical and analytical experience to deliver high-impact, end-to-end solutions for ICS clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, including assessments, planning, execution, and delivery. 2. Analyze client operations and design optimized workflows, SOPs, and governance frameworks. 3. Identify compliance, safety, and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide strategic advisory on business processes, technology integration, and operational improvements. 4. Build strong client relationships and support business development through solution design and proposal input. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated service solutions. Qualifications √15+ years of combined experience in consulting, technical service, operations management, or process improvement. ✓ Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within scope ✓ Strong experience in risk management, safety compliance, and regulatory frameworks ✔ Expertise in workflow optimization, SOP development, and solution implementation ✓ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders

Requirements

15+ years of combined experience in consulting, technical service, operations management, or process improvement.
