Requirements

Previous sales management experience and a solid track record of delivering results. At least 5 years of people management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively. Experience in building effective networks across business areas. A comprehensive knowledge of Distribution processes, systems, and controls
