Requirements

High school diploma required; Hospitality degree is an asset. At least 2 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment required. At least 1 year supervisory experience is preferred; basic training skills are required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Experience with Property Manager and Microsoft office suite of programmes is an asset. Demonstrated strong attention to detail and the ability to meet exacting standards. Proven ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
