Bermuda Insulation Ltd., a division of BAC Group of Companies, is seeking highly skilled and certified Insulation Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing insulation on mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. Must be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Duties include performing journeyman level work on boilers, tanks, ducts, and pipes, as well as providing technical guidance to Junior Mechanics.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years' experience in fabrication of insulation and aluminum cladding. A minimum of 10 years' experience working with chilled water, hot water and steam systems. Must produce journeyman level insulation and cladding. Extensive knowledge of aluminum cladding layout and fabrication. Working knowledge of closed cell and fiberglass insulation. Experience with installation of fire stopping. Must have an immediate van license.
