The Foreman will oversee projects from concept, pricing and procurement through to completion, managing a 5-8 person crew and subcontractors as required. Experience with topography, irrigation, stormwater drainage, concrete, decking and pool installation is essential. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent communication, client relationship and organizational skills, with the ability to manage resources, time, billing and competing priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

At least 10 years of progressive experience in the construction, horticultural and landscaping industry and at least 5 in a Foreman / Superintendent role considered top grade in all aspects. Strong expertise in construction, hardscape and landscape installation and experience managing high-end residential and commercial projects. Experience with topography, irrigation, stormwater drainage, concrete, decking and pool installation is essential. Ability to read plans and blueprints and work within health and safety requirements and local building codes is required.
