Rayclan Limited is seeking an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician for their Truck Shop. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of makes and models of heavy and light vehicles and equipment. Key responsibilities include working with petrol and diesel mechanics, automatic transmissions, fuel injection, and air conditioning systems using computerized diagnostic equipment. The role requires supervising apprentices if needed and maintaining high standards of work ethic.
Requirements
City & Guilds certificates 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent; Minimum of 8 years post-apprenticeship, practical experience in petrol and diesel mechanics; Thorough knowledge of automatic transmission, fuel injection and diesel engines; Full knowledge of air conditioning systems; Thorough knowledge using computerized diagnostic equipment; Strong diagnostic skills for heavy and light vehicles; Trustworthy, dependable, motivated and able to work unsupervised.
