The Cottage Ltd. requires a Jr Sous Chef with at least 2 years' experience as a senior chef or similar. Applicants must possess a Culinary Cert., be experienced in all aspects of the kitchen to ensure quality preparation and proper handling/storage of all food and equipment in accordance with standards.

Requirements

Knowledge of sanitation practices, quality control & prep duties. Ability to handle complex cooking assignments. Able to work all stations. Menu & recipe costing dev. Two written employment refs. Fluent in English – written & verbal. Ability to work split shifts, weekends, evenings & public holidays.
