Jamaican Grill requires a Head Chef. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience, work shift work in an extremely busy restaurant, work under pressure and have a good working attitude, be proficient in the preparation of various cuisines with emphasis on Jamaican and West Indian food, and maintain stock and inventory control. All applicants must have excellent, proven food and customer service skills as well as be willing to work overtime as required. The company maintains a drug-free workplace.
