Digicel seeks a highly motivated leader for the position of Regional Head of Go-To-Market. The Regional Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) will be responsible for driving commercial growth across both Mobile and Digicel services within the Atlantic Region, ensuring strong alignment between regional strategy and local market execution. This role plays a critical part in operationalizing the region's GTM strategy by coordinating sales frameworks, optimizing channel performance, and improving productivity across all markets. Through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration, the Regional Head of GTM will ensure that each market has the tools, capabilities, and commercial discipline required to meet and exceed sales targets. The role demands deep market understanding, execution excellence, and the ability to influence and guide regional and local sales teams toward sustainable and consistent business results. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • GTM Strategy Execution: Lead the implementation of the Atlantic Region's GTM strategy for Mobile and Digicel, ensuring seamless alignment with regional and Group commercial objectives Sales Revenue Growth: Drive regional and local sales performance by strengthening revenue-generation activities, optimizing target-setting processes, and enhancing commercial impact • Sales Target Achievement: Partner with market teams to define, align, and track sales targets, ensuring achievement of Gross Adds, Net Adds, and revenue KPIs across all markets • Channel Strategy Alignment: Localize and operationalize channel strategies (retail, digital, telesales, partner channels) to ensure optimal execution and delivery of KPIs at the market level • Market Support & Execution: Provide direct support to market teams, ensuring consistent and disciplined execution of GTM plans. Develop localized execution roadmaps that reflect market conditions and growth opportunities • Sales Productivity Optimization: Implement a data-driven approach to improve productivity; optimize commission structures, performance frameworks, and operational mechanisms Regional Sales Execution: Equip regional and local teams with the tools, training, and commercial stewardship required to deliver high-impact sales results. Market-Specific Adaptation: Adapt Group sales frameworks to local realities by incorporating insights related to competition, customer behaviour, and market dynamics • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and coach regional and market sales teams, promoting a high-performance, results-oriented culture focused on accountability and execution excellence Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure integrated GTM strategies and coordinated market delivery Talent Development: Build sales capability across the region, strengthening the pipeline of GTM talent and ensuring continuous skill development and performance improvement • KPI Management: Monitor and analyse key commercial and operational KPIs (Gross Adds, Net Adds, productivity, churn-related impacts, channel performance) to evaluate effectiveness and guide decision-making Reporting: Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance insights to regional leadership, highlighting results, trends, risks, and proposed corrective actions Sales Operations Governance: Ensure compliance with regional GTM processes, reporting standards, and Group requirements The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred • Proven experience in sales leadership or GTM roles within telecommunications or similar industries Demonstrated ability to lead multi-country teams and drive complex commercial initiatives Strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational effectiveness Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance-optimization skills • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Deep understanding of GTM processes, sales frameworks, channel management, and execution best practices Ability to translate global strategies into localized, actionable market plans
