Life Insurance Consultant

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives by developing new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and promoting Coralisle Life Assurance Company's full range of life insurance and investment products. You will also provide regular reports, maintain accurate client information, and support broader marketing and administrative initiatives. Develop and present business development plans (including client targets, approach, and budget) for approval Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, visits, events, tailored presentations, and ongoing communication Maintain and update client databases, ensuring information is accurate and current as circumstances change Follow up with prospects to close sales and execute service contracts Monitor client and member activity monthly to identify trends, propose solutions, and support retention Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities, risks, and changes impacting the business, reporting findings to head office Contribute to the annual marketing strategy and assist with implementation of initiatives focused on new business development and relationship management Prepare monthly and accountability reports, and provide updates on activities and achievements. Support projects and other assigned tasks as required Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience in the financial services sector Successful completion of additional financial services qualifications would be an asset Minimum of three years' relevant work experience in a dedicated sales role with proven sales results, preferably in the financial services industry Superior communication and organisational skills along with the ability to be effective in a fluid, fast-paced and demanding sales environment Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, preferably to advance user level We value our employees and offer a supportive and inclusive work environment.
