Requirements
University degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 10 years in a senior operations, HR, or executive support role, preferably in hospitality, insurance, financial services, or international business environments. Familiarity with human resources functions and related employment practices. Basic understanding of payroll, PIPA, AML/ATF and compliance requirements. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Use Ai within safe business parameters.Salary
