A mature live-in couple is required to manage a private household for clients Mr. & Mrs. Gardner. Role 1 (Live-in Housekeeper): Responsible for all household duties including housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping and errands. Role 2 (Live-in Property Manager): Responsible for maintenance including landscaping, pool and automobile upkeep, small electrical/plumbing repairs, servicing boats, upkeep of outdoor patios and furniture, gardening and painting. Successful applicants must be comfortable with dogs, non-smokers, and willing to undergo drug screening. No alcohol allowed on property. Requires flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays and split shifts.
Requirements
Mature couple; proven experience in a similar position; hold a valid Driver’s License; non-smokers; must submit to drug screening; comfortable with dogs; references are required; ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
