We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our resort operations team. This role is critical to ensuring that the resort’s physical infrastructure, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to high operational, safety, and aesthetic standards. Key responsibilities include performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across the resort property, maintaining and repairing building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), responding to maintenance requests, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in hotel, resort, commercial, or similar. Some college, technical school, or vocational certification in maintenance, engineering, building systems, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience working in a hotel or resort environment is highly desirable. Valid trade certifications or licenses (where applicable) are an asset.
