Our distinguished dining establishment is seeking polished and service-driven professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years' experience in a fine dining environment and demonstrates an unwavering dedication to excellence in service. Key Responsibilities: Deliver refined, attentive, and personalized service that exceeds guest expectations Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, culinary terminology, preparation methods, and wine pairings Execute impeccable food and beverage service, including professional wine presentation and service Confidently operate point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, presentation, and operational excellence Perform opening, service, closing, and side-work duties with precision and attention to detail Collaborate seamlessly with culinary and service teams to ensure a flawless dining experience Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience in an upscale or fine dining setting Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest engagement Professional, poised, and well-groomed appearance Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment We seek individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, anticipate guest needs, and consistently deliver service at the highest level.
