Our client, CHW Group of Companies, is seeking an accomplished and commercially astute financial executive to join the firm in a senior leadership capacity as Head of Finance. As a key member of the Executive Management Team, the successful candidate will lead the firm's financial strategy and operations, overseeing complex financial matters while offering strategic guidance to support the long-term vision of the organization. The Head of Finance will play a critical role in shaping CHW's financial integrity, efficiency, and compliance, while serving as a strategic partner to the executive leadership and board. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide executive leadership across the full spectrum of the finance function, including oversight of accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Develop and execute strategic financial initiatives aligned with the firm's goals and growth plans. Lead the Finance team, ensuring optimal performance in accounts payable, receivable, billing, payroll, pension, and social insurance administration. Direct and manage the firm's financial planning and analysis (FP \&A) function, including cash flow and scenario modelling. Maintain regulatory and tax compliance in accordance with Bermuda's legal and financial frameworks. Lead annual audits and serve as the principal liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies. Serve as the key advisor on financial risk, cost control, and business transformation initiatives. • Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver operational excellence through financial transparency and insight. Act as the lead contact for IT service providers, overseeing the alignment of financial systems and digital infrastructure. Support the board with high-level financial counsel, risk management, and performance reporting. Candidate Requirements: Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent). • Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in senior level or executive positions. • Demonstrated track record of leading financial transformation, strategic cost control, and stakeholder engagement. • Expert in financial modelling, scenario planning, and risk mitigation. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to team development and cross-functional projects. • High proficiency in accounting systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Deep understanding of Bermuda's financial and regulatory landscape.

Requirements
